Jed has spent 15+ years touring internationally in signed bands. Jed is the bass player for British Rock Band The Struts, which signed with Interscope Records in 2015 and more recently with Big Machine Records in 2022. The Struts’ debut single “Could Have Been Me” has amassed over 100M+ streams. He has toured with some of the biggest acts on the planet, including The Rolling Stones, Foo Fighters, Guns N’ Roses, and The Killers.

Chelsea has coached hundreds of professionals from Fortune 500 companies globally, across industries such as advertising, media, music, and tech. She is also a co-founder of Empowership, a global year-long training and mentorship program for women, which empowers 4,000+ women annually. Chelsea received her coaching certification through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). In addition Chelsea is a certified Breathwork Practitioner and brings mindfulness into everything she does.
